It is a gorgeous holiday home in the Nilgiris with some stunning views of the surrounding tea estates, and equally gorgeous interiors. With the brief that meant designing an enchanting holiday home amidst the hill station of Coonoor, Phylosophy Design Studio envisioned a space with bamboo matting, warm hardwood floors fused with stunning chandeliers and high ceilings. Not to mention the addition of a cozy fireplace which adds to the beautiful lush greens that give a spectacular view of the tea estate around. All the rooms have attached sit-outs with picturesque views of the tea estate, apt for a wonderful morning cup of tea. Relaxing in the gazebo, soaking in the sweeping views, comforted by the crackling fire – definitely makes this home a perfect escape to rejuvenate.
